We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was perfect, and our room had an amazing view of the river. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room amenities provided enhanced comfort.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved the luxurious decor throughout the hotel, especially in our apartment! The breakfast was complete and delicious, with a variety of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable. Additionally, the location of the hotel allowed for easy access to transportation and we could easily explore the city.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and the hotel was nicely decorated which really set the festive mood. the breakfast was pretty good and we loved the variety of tea offered each day - perfect for the chilly weather. the location was great, easy access to shops and dining places. Plus, we really enjoyed the snow activities nearby that were available on offer.
Sadly, our experience was ruined by the extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff. They were not welcoming or accommodating at all, not even a smile or a greeting.

The room had an amazing view of the surrounding area and was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to find.
The breakfast was basic and lacked variety. The smoking in common areas was unpleasant and affected the overall atmosphere.

The hotel's prime location allowed us to have a great view of the surroundings. the room and bathroom were well-equipped and clean, and the service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the breakfast spread had various options and the beds were comfortable.
The spa facilities' opening hours were limited, resulting in us being unable to use them.
